Freshness
Coffee is prepared in small batches and moves directly into fulfillment. Tracking is sent as soon as the order leaves the roastery.
Order problems
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders can be reported from your account. We will replace the order or make it right.
Returns
Because coffee is perishable, opened coffee is not returned. Contact us within 14 days for damaged or incorrect orders.
